Well, I am very excited about our Saison on tap for the first time today. We have also brewed another of my favorites this last couple of weeks called Hoppe the Belgian, hoppe being the dutch word for hops. It is appropriate that I am brewing Belgian beers as half of Belgium speaks Dutch and my maiden name is Verstappen, kind of like Smith in Holland.
In my excitement to brew and serve my Many Steps Stout I was reminded that this beer needs to age at least a month, so none will be available for St. Patrick’s Day. There will, however, be a guest tap of stout. Cheers to all and hope to see you at my second home soon!
