Towards the end of last week I brewed two days in a row.
First, there was the Oatmeal Chai Milk Stout. The Chai was locally sourced from Marketspice. The Stout looks awesome right now in the fermenter, a nice rich creamy caramel colored krausen on top.
Then, the very next day I brewed a Porter. This will go into a secondary fermenter once the primary fermentation is done and infused with Oak and Bourbon.
