A couple of weeks ago we made the trip down to Portland to pickup our brewhouse. All very shiny stainless steel vessels just waiting to make wort. But that has to wait…We are still waiting on the TTB. In the meantime the brewery control panels are being built. Plumbers are scheduled and we just purchased a walk-in cooler today. Things are picking up and starting to happen. More to come…
