We began our Sour beer and Wine barrel aging program about 9 months ago and we are getting closer to our first release. The first release will be a Saison aged on Concord grapes and then aged in a wine barrel. We plan to bottle this first release with Brett and to bottle condition it. In the future we plan to blend our sours for complexity. Stay tuned…
