Our nano-sized 2 BBL brewery is located in the Seattle neighborhood of South Park and has been operational since 2014. The company is comprised of the owners, Lisa and Eric.

What makes Tin Dog Brewing so unique:

We make uncommon beers that push boundaries. We are inspired by the pre-modern European Farmhouse brewers of the past. We like them do not use artificial temperature control when fermenting our beers. Brewing in such a fashion leads to our beers being more seasonal with nature. We also believe that beers should reflect the terroir of the region in which they are brewed. We use Washington grown grain and hops in our beers whenever possible.

Meet Lisa and Eric – Owners and Brewers

Lisa

Lisa brings to the table excellent customer service, artistic sensibilities and a woman’s touch to the front of the house. She has a hearty sense of humor, love of life and joie de vivre. And she loves to have fun. She is the Marketing and Distribution person, plans events, entertains dogs and babies and lends her hand in brewing and beer recipes as well.

Eric

Eric left an IT career and opened Tin Dog Brewing as a result of a dream he had since the mid 80’s to open a brewery and make great beer. He has love for the beer and the craft. He tenderly and diligently puts his full energy into crafting Tin Dog beers and does nothing half way. As a creative person as well, he offers a rotation of new beers along with the tried and true favorites.

      Hi,

      We had some delays with the Federal government being closed and slow Seattle permit approval. We are still working towards opening in a few weeks. Please come and try our beer and visit once we open.
