Today we took (and passed) the WA state mandated MAST Class 12 training for Alcohol servers. We attended the class here . The Bartending college is very near to where our brewery will be located.
Paperwork submitted
Yesterday we submitted our applications to the TTB (Feds) and to Washington Liquor Licensing for Tin Dog Brewing. Maybe one of the most official steps we’ve made towards becoming a brewery. Now we await for the inevitable questions and answers.

Tapped Tin Dog Dubbel
Last night I placed the keg of our Tin Dog Dubbel into the kegerator. Tapped it this evening and discovered a wonderful taste awaiting. When pouring a creamy head appears on top of the deep amber colored ale. Nice!
