This week I’m searching for possible locations for the Brewery and taproom. So far there are several promising leads. Once the location is nailed down then on to the actual buildout. Eric
Belgian Dubbel kegged.
Today I kegged the Dubbel for aging. I’ll probably bottle some from the keg at a later date. Right now I’m running out of bottles. Next up a Milk Stout with Chai spices. Eric
Tin Dog Brewing and the Paper Maze
Hi! First Post….. I’m wandering thru the legal paper maze that surrounds starting a brewery. I know the end is reachable because others have gone before me. I’m also in search of a location to house the brewery operation and
