This week I scaled up two of my test recipes and brewed bigger batches of the fan favorite Tin Dog IPA and the very popular Dubbel. The Honey Saison exited the fermenter and went into 22oz bottles to condition and mature. We have a possible location now, just gathering papers to give to Property Management Co.
Now, I’m thinking of summer and planning a Weizen beer.
