We will have all our Wild and Sour French Oak Wine Barrel Blended beers available to buy by the glass or the bottle. Saison on Grapes – Aged for one year in a Chardonnay barrel with notes of oak, hops and wine. A wine-beer hybrid. Melange Une – A bold, blended, balanced Sour with Brett. Melange Deux – A Champagne-like light beer with notes of apricot and lemon. Mandala – A Wild Ale with Brett dry hopped with Mosaic giving notes of melon, papaya and mango. Of course, we also have selections on tap including our Classic Saison made with blackberry honey with a peppery finish and our Belgian Tropical IPA with the hops and Belgian yeast giving tropical flavors We also have a quiz on Tin Dog Brewing with the Grand Prize a bottle of your choice.
