  • Day 1 — Digest QA — Review what your morning digest includes, answer one preference, and tune the routine so tomorrow’s digest is actually yours.
  • Day 2 — Meeting prep — Add a weekday routine that preps up to three meetings for tomorrow (stays quiet when nothing needs prep).
  • Day 3 — Friday wrap — A Friday-only routine: short week summary plus pick your top three priorities for Monday.
  • Day 4 — One connector, one workflow — Optional Gmail, Slack, or Drive — pick one workflow that removes a daily drag (or skip).
